Check-in is guaranteed at 3:00 p.m., while check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue does not currently offer a rewards program, however, if you are planning on being a frequent guest, please contact the sales office for negotiated rates.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue is a smoke-free facility.
Could we bring our pets?

What is the cost of internet access?
Wi-Fi access is always complimentary at Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue.
Do you have a fitness center?
We do not have an on-site fitness center, however, guests of Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue are invited to use the fitness facilities of New York Sports Clubs by purchasing an Ambassador Pass for a special discounted rate of $10.00 per day. The nearest location of NYSC is on Madison Avenue between 35th and 36th Streets, one block from the hotel. See the front desk to purchase.
What are the hours of the business center?
The business center is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. We offer complimentary printing for guests.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is available next door at Oxford Cafe. Ask the front desk for details or book the Bed and Breakfast rate.

What are the parking options for the hotel?
Guests can park at Meyers Parking located at 9w 35th Street or 12w 36th Street. Pull-in yourself and park for up to 24 hours for a flat rate of $33.00 (no in and out privileges.) Who should I contact with billing or payment questions?
We accept all major credit cards, with ID required at check in. A credit card is required for incidentals at check in, according to industry standards. Please feel free to contact the hotel office at 212.213.3399 with any questions regarding billing and payment.

How many people can your rooms accommodate?
